Physicians’ Charitable Foundation was incorporated as a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation in 1999. It is a registered Charitable Foundation in the State of Ohio.

The work of the Foundation is done on a voluntary basis by members of the Board and other friends of the Foundation.  Other than legal and accounting services, no portion of any contribution goes to administrative overhead.
